About the estimate
- Which fees in section A are yours, and can any be reduced?
- Which services in section C can I shop for myself?
- Does the estimate include any points or lender credits?
After the estimate
- How long is this estimate valid if I do not lock?
- What could make the final costs change?
How to use the answers
Line the answers up across lenders before you decide. A lender that answers clearly and in writing is easier to compare.
